“Raised in Virginia, I completed my UCLA pediatric residency and practiced outpatient pediatrics in Southern California before living in Hong Kong and finally settling in San Diego. Pediatrics and child advocacy are my true passions; I love partnering with parents to help children and families thrive. As a mother of four and a parenting coach, I believe in guiding children with safe, non-judgmental spaces in order to support them in their overall well-being.

To stay energized, I prioritize movement as a runner and with CrossFit trainer, often training with my twin sons. I am also a team member of a first responder non-profit for mental and metabolic health advocacy and often lead their weekly support group.”
