We’re here for you when you need us.
Always call your pediatrician first! (If it is life or limb threatening, call 911).
- It’s not always necessary to go to the Emergency Room or Urgent Care!
- Medical advice is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call your doctor’s office for specific instructions. You may receive advice that allows you to care for your child at home, and/or visit your pediatrician’s office the next day.
- Many of your locations have evening and/or weekend hours available. Check the list below to see if your primary care pediatrician is listed, or call your doctor’s office.
- If your doctor recommends Urgent Care, visit one of our dedicated network locations listed below.

For Children’s Primary Care Medical Group (CPCMG) Members Only:
San Diego County: Monday through Thursday, 5:30pm to 8:30pm and Sunday, 10:00am to 2:00pm.
Southern Riverside County: Monday through Thursday, 5:30pm to 8:30pm and Sunday, 8:30am to 12:00pm.
CPCMG’s ongoing commitment to patient safety means we provide your child’s healthcare in the safest setting possible. This includes scheduling all appointments for our patients, whether they need a routine wellness check or a sick visit.
All evening appointments at our CPEC locations will require an appointment.
No walk-in appointments are available.
