"For the past 26 years, I have had the honor of serving the TrueCare community. Caring for generations of families, including countless great grand patients, has brought me incredible joy and is what motivates me to continue my life’s work. A family entrusting me with their newborn child and allowing me to guide them on the journey to adulthood is a solemn privilege that I cherish and am rewarded by the impact I am allowed to make in the life of a child. As a pediatrician, I focus on the whole child and building a long term relationship with the family. My goal is to equip parents and families to provide a nurturing, healthy foundation for their unique child, addressing developmental, educational, social and medical matters as a partnership. My special interests are helping families with special needs children navigate the educational system and supporting adolescents transitioning into young adulthood. Outside of TrueCare, I am involved in a public service sorority active in our local community and serve as an advisor to school nurses and a health academy. My four children are adults who make me and my husband proud every day."
