“My father was a pediatrician and when I decided to go to medical school, pediatrics seemed like a natural choice. I had always loved working with children and admired the relationships my father had with his patients and their families. In medical school, I rotated through each specialty with an open mind, but in the end, becoming a pediatrician was the only right fit!

One of the best things about being a pediatrician is the ability to be a part of the child’s journey with their family. I truly enjoy being able to support children and their families and help navigate the years from infancy to young adulthood.

My husband and I have two boys and we love being outdoors and exploring, whether it’s finding shells at the beach, visiting a farmers market or riding bikes. I also love to cook! My kids love picking out a new fruit or vegetable at the farmers market and it’s fun to try new recipes with them.”
